Greeting eachother
In Argentina you should say hi with a kiss on the right cheek (or a kiss to each cheek in some provinces). It is not an obligation but it could be strange if you don't greet others this way in some situations. We are always showing love and affection so every time we meet somebody we greet them like this or even give them a hug if we're close enough. To some countries, however, this is quite uncomfortable, and the fact that even boys kiss eachother as a greeting is even weirder for some foreigners. Some cultures just shake hands, so they find this particular habit of ours very awkward.
In Russia it's very common to greet others with three kisses and sometimes even six kisses. In Africa, men say hi by shaking the virile member of the opposite and women give the other breast squeezes, both habits done twice or even three times if they're friends or family. When women and men greet eachother the exchange is similar, and if you reach up to four, it means that there is an interest. People in the USA just say hi from afar or shake hands. There's a lot of different ways to say hi around the world, but that doesn't mean you have to greet other people like they do with eachother if you're visiting their country, just like you must not obligate others to do what you usually do. People have their own habits and no one should ever take them out of their comfort zone, no matter where they are or what they are doing.
